Your DAB is totally unique to you — no-one else will ever have the same piece. Your DAB carries your name and unique collector number, making it entirely and permanently yours.
No. Your DAB gives you indefinite use rights to your unique piece of the artwork and access to all its associated features — but it does not give you any ownership of the physical piece, the intellectual property, or the copyright. Think of it like a song in your music library — it's yours to enjoy, but you don't own the master recording.
You are allowed to print your DAB certificate as many times as you like, or post it on your own personal social media accounts. If your DAB comes with ARTrail augmented reality functionality you have the right to create your own content — pictures and videos — and post that on your personal social media accounts. Other than that, you do not have any rights to reproduce or copy the artwork, and any breach of this would contravene the rights of the copyright holder.
Your DAB is yours alone. We don't provide a method to resell it or transfer ownership details. CoMission is focused on the enjoyment and experience of the artwork with direct support for the independent artists behind it — we don't treat art as an asset class to speculate in.
